In a studio environment you will have the instructor’s eyes on you for the duration of the session to ensure your needs as a client are met and coaching you in a more personable and individual manner.
Studio instructors care about how you move and how you activate those muscles not purely that you repeat a routine without attaining the proper technique that is at the core of getting you to your goals faster.
Ultimately you don’t go to a Pilates class to get “better at Pilates” but to feel better stronger and a more efficient mover in and out of the class whatever your other activities of leisure might be.
