Virtual 1-2-1 and Group Class Pilates

I allow a maximum of 6 people per class so you get live adjustments at all time as if you were in my actual studio. I also use a large iMac screen so I can monitor closely all attendees at the same time which means you get feedback and of course encouragement throughout the class. The added benefit that I find is my online classes are helping to keep the community and social spirit going in these very trying times.

I also offer competitive pricing (same as many other studios that are allowing 15 or more people per class and where the teacher is forced to swipe between screens).

Classes and 1 hour and I use the Zoom conferencing app which is free for you the customer. Zoom is a very reliable platform with stable video and audio streaming.

Pilatestudio offers Pilates classes in Wimbledon, Merton. By not cramming people into my studio I can truly tailor the classes, meeting the needs of each and every individual. 1-2-1’s at Pilatestudio, unlike many other studios, are a true private session as you are the only customer in the space. Bringing in my experience as a sports massage therapist with training in osteopathy along with several Pilates qualifications I am able to assist clients with a variety of demands. I have experience in teaching people with rehabilitation needs as well as professional athletes and everything inbetween.
