Valetina is very knowledgable, patient and adaptable. She is very enthusiastic and bubbly which makes the sessions even more enjoyable. Over the years I have suffered from back and neck problems and seeing Valentina has made me feel so much better. You can tell that Valentina is making sure that you perform you sessions safely but at the same time stretching yourself and I can see my core strength is definitely improving. I highly recommend Pilates and Valentina as an instructor. I have tried other fitness regimes before including yoga but this is so much better.

Valentina has come to my rescue. She is intuitive, calm and patient, warm and knowledgeable. She is thorough in her work with me, and despite restrictions on time sometimes due to commitments I leave her never feeling short changed or rushed into any particular manouvre she requires me to execute.
I massage a number of people each week which takes its toll on my own body, and having been an extremely active person physically in the past; Karate for 10 years, football and athletics to a high level, I have found myself stiffening up since not being in the regime my body`s been used to. I have been doing pilates twice a week with Valentina for the last year. When I started sessions, I had recently suffered a serious back injury involving months of specialist medical care- my movement was very restricted, and I was in a lot of pain. I had had a course of physiotherapy (which hadn’t helped much), months of antibiotics, and had been advised to take strong pain medication.

I was 100% confident with Valentina’s level of knowledge and professionalism as a pilates teacher (and as a medical doctor myself, I am not easily impressed).

The sessions were varied and fun. Though I was encouraged to work hard, I felt Valentina was extremely attentive to what I needed from each session. She adapted exercises for me and I felt confident to move without risking injury and soon started making progress. I have now made a full recovery to have a normal range of movement, no medications and no pain and continue to improve in strength and flexibility.
